The performance investigated different ways intimacy can be perceived and experienced, along with the inherent ambiguity of these perceptions, reflected through both garments and actions.
The collective explored and questioned the notion of travel as both a spiritual experience and a physical state of transit that influences body and mind. Asya Ashman created a space where performers could explore a wide range of emotions emerging during travel, as well as the power dynamics within security systems, offering attendees an experience of globality.
